Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments online.

Where online payment is available, payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card, UPI, or banking credentials on our systems; these are handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with its own security practices and policies.

Treatment costs, consultation fees, and any additional charges will be communicated to you prior to or at the time of treatment, where practical. Final costs may vary based on the diagnosis, treatment plan, and any procedures carried out during your visit.

Refunds for cancelled paid appointments will be processed in accordance with our clinic's refund policy, which may take into account the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred. Please contact us to request a refund or clarify the applicable timelines.
